Makeup in the 70’s, Boho girls & the hippies preferred a more natural makeup look. They commonly avoided bold and colorful makeup and preferred minimum makeup to just enhance natural beauty. Disco babes on the other hand was the total opposite. They went for colors. This included orange lips, shimmering coral cheeks, extreme and unique eye-shadow like green and blue. Lastly, the glam rock look also went for a bold makeup look and colors, but not as outstanding as disco look, it was more of a theatrical look.
